One leadership conversation. No slides. No fluff. Just real momentum.
Leadership can feel lonely—especially when you’re the one everyone turns to for answers. If you’re facing a challenge and thinking, “Am I handling this right?”—you are not alone. What if one focused conversation could give you the clarity and confidence you need to move forward?
Welcome to Fran for 5—a radically accessible coaching conversation where you decide what it’s worth.
This mini-consultation is a simple five-question or five-ideas (your choice), micro-coaching, asynchronous, on-demand short-term, solution-oriented experiment that confidentially creates a 1-on-1 back-and-forth video conversation with you and Fran Kick.
- Ask Five Questions and Get Five Answers
- Or Share One Issue and Get Five Ideas
This isn’t coaching like you’re used to. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and move forward with confidence.
It’s not about the time. It’s about what the time unlocks. The best part is you can reply when you want without all the hassle of scheduling another virtual meeting. That means zero 🗓️ Doodle Poll, Calendly, or Google Calendar invites required! 😉 No modules. No program up-sells. Just your situation—and a space to explore it with someone who’s been developing better leadership and smarter followership with individuals and organizations for decades. No sales pitch. Just your problem. Real talk. Real insight.
And the best part? You decide the value! $5? That’s fine. $10, $20, $50? Your call. (Most people choose between $20–$50.) This is part of a bold experiment to see if we can make leadership coaching radically more accessible.
➡️ Want some insight on how to have a difficult conversation with a colleague without derailing collaboration?
➡️ Curious to bounce a project or proposal idea by someone else before you share it with your organization?
➡️ Need to gain an outside perspective on a situation that you want to problem-solve or pursue options?
➡️ How to balance coaching your team alongside your own workload and still lead well?
➡️ Struggling to be positive and constructive in a negative and critical organization?
➡️ Stressed about dealing with a difficult direct report or an immediate supervisor/manager?
➡️ How do I give honest feedback without damaging trust?
➡️ Want to know what other leaders actually do when they face a challenge like yours?
➡️ What if I’m not sure what to ask? No problem—you can bring anything: a leadership dilemma, an “I don’t know what to do next” scenario, or just “help me see this differently.”

According to Psychology Today, research has found that the average cost in the U.S. for a single session frequently falls between $100 and $200. Certainly prices can vary depending on the state, location, and provider. For example, a clinical counseling session in New York City can cost an average of $194. While in West Virginia, they run between $111 and $180 per session.
For app-based sessions such as BetterHelp, prices range from $65 to $90 per week (billed every four weeks), so monthly cost can range between $260 and $360.
In 2023, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) an association of personal and professional coach practitioners found that the overall average fee per each one-hour coaching session was $244.
The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) finds that couples counseling sessions are usually more expensive than individual sessions. Most professional couples counselors offer 90-minute sessions, so a one-and-a-half hour session can cost between $150 and $300.
That means on average a typical one-on-one coaching consultation can cost $148 or more—well, this isn’t about typical. This is about access, action, and momentum—on your terms.
NOTE: This mini-consultation process is an intentionally limited micro-consulting opportunity. While Fran does have a background in clinical counseling, this is NOT a clinical counseling experience. This is more like a chance to ask a quick question and have Fran share a few next-step ideas and/or resources. Consider it a virtual 1-on-1 Q&A after a presentation. Fran simply wants to help you take a better/smarter next step. This is designed to be a solution-focused brief asynchronous back-and-forth conversation to help you KICK IT IN!
Here’s some upfront honesty: If your issue or question is something Fran has little experience in, or knows nothing about, we guarantee he will NOT try to help and/or he will point you towards someone who can—at no charge.
“But what if I don’t get any value?” You choose what to pay. If it wasn’t helpful, pay $5 or even nothing at all. Your trust matters. We offer a 100% No-Risk Money-Back Guarantee! No questions asked! At most, we might ask for your feedback, so that improvements can be made with future ‘Fran for 5’ conversations.
